Update 1.2.3 - The Laser Update

More specifically the F Lasers update, because a couple of notorious lasers have gotten nerfs. You'll know them when you (don't) see them.

With these and some more balance changes come a huge swath of QOL improvements, including:

-A new option to disable fluid Swishy-FX (sfx for short) on some or all rooms, for lower end machines.

-Skippable credits!

-Expanded autosplitter support (Thanks Gaphodil for the autosplitter! https://github.com/Gaphodil/autosplitters/tree/main/bonk-autosplitter )

-Fixed in-game menu on tall rooms
